July Rewards My John Lewis Home Insurance Prize Draw
1. These Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (the "Prize Draw Terms”) are an agreement between you and us and apply if you have chosen to enter the Prize Draw between 00:01 on 24 June 2026 and 23:59 on 20 July 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
2. The Promoter is John Lewis Finance Limited trading as “John Lewis Money”. In these Prize Draw Terms, “we” or “us” means John Lewis Finance Limited. Registered office: 1 Drummond Gate, Pimlico, London SW1V 2QQ. Registered in England and Wales (company number: 15785347)
Who Can Enter
3. The Prize Draw is open to members of the My John Lewis loyalty scheme.
4. Entrants must be UK residents and aged 18 or over
5. John Lewis and Waitrose Partners, employees, their immediate families, contractors, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw are excluded from the Prize Draw.
How to Enter
6. To enter the Prize Draw you must click the 'Enter now' link within the 'Reward' section of your My John Lewis account. You will be directed to a webpage where you must provide your first name, surname, and the email address linked to your My John Lewis account, select your home insurance renewal month from the dropdown list, and press 'Submit'. Upon reaching the confirmation page, you will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw.
7. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries submitted directly or with the use of any automated system will not be entered into the draw.
8. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
9. The ability to enter the Prize Draw will be withdrawn after 11:59 on 20 July 2026 and no more entries will be accepted after this date.
The Offer
10 If you meet the requirements set out in these Prize Draw Terms, and complete the actions laid out in Clause 6, you will be eligible for one (1) entry into the Prize Draw only (the “Prize Draw”).
The Prize
11. There is one prize available to be won in this Prize Draw. One (1) individual winner will be picked at random to win one John Lewis Partnership eGift Card with a value of one thousand pounds sterling (GBP £1,000) which can be redeemed at John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose & Partners, in-store or online (the “Prize”).
12. The Prize is personal to the winner and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of the gift card is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or secondary marketplaces). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel and withdraw or make void any and all Prize elements if this term is not complied with. Use of the Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions.
13. The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives or refund for unused portions of the Prize.
Winner Selection & Notification
14. All valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Prize Draw, and the winner will be picked at random by 10 August 2026. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone by a representative of the Promoter as soon as practicable after the Prize Draw, and no later than 17 August 2026, using the contact details associated with their My John Lewis account.
15. The winner will be required to respond within 14 days (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the Prize. Failure to claim the Prize using the details provided in the notification email will result in the Prize being forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Please allow 30 days for the delivery of the Prize from the date the winner confirms the email address for delivery.
Data Protection and Publicity
16. By opting in to the Prize Draw, you understand that for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and the Prize fulfilment, it is necessary for the Promoter to hold and process your personal data.
17. We will treat all of your personal data as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and fully comply with all applicable privacy regulations and consumer legislation. 18. If you are a winner of the Prize Draw, you agree that the Promoter may use your surname and county of residence to announce the winner of this Prize Draw and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes, for no further consideration, unless the winners do not consent to their information being published or being made available. Should a winner opt out of publicity, they may request that their details are only made available to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) if requested by the ASA.
19. The winners’ personal details will be kept on file for up to a year in order to meet our regulatory reporting requirements and may be shared with regulators upon their request. Personal information for all other entrants will be held on for as long as is necessary to administer the Prize Draw and then securely destroyed when the Prize has been delivered to the winner.
Limitation of Liability
20. The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this prize draw or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
21. The winner takes part in the Prize at their own risk and to the fullest extent allowed by law; the Promoter accepts no liability with regard to such Prize whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability in connection with any circumstances outside their control with respect to the Prize.
22. If you have opted-in to receive further information or marketing from any of the Promoter’s agents or suppliers involved in the administration of this prize draw, you understand and accept that the relevant third party will be solely responsible for any processing of your personal data for these purposes, that such processing will be governed by terms of that third party’s privacy policy and that the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in association with any such data processing for these purposes.
General Terms
23. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the Prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner or dispose of the Prize at its discretion without liability to the winner.
24. There are no charges associated with opting to enter the Prize Draw.
25. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are delayed, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of the Promoter of any kind.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to declare the Prize Draw void if it considers it unreasonable that the Prize Draw should proceed, whether due to an administrative error or otherwise.
27. Those entries not in accordance with the Prize Draw Terms will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the Prize Draw; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the Prize Draw.
28. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Prize Draw Terms or if the Promoter believes that your conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the Prize Draw into disrepute, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to make your entry void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
29. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
31. This Prize Draw and any issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
