Bureau de Change FAQs
Are the rates the same online and in store?
The rates on some currencies at our Bureau de Change desks may differ from those found online. You’ll find all our rates displayed on rate boards in our shops.
Are all currencies available in store or do I need to pre order?
Only a select number of currencies will be available at our Bureaux de Change branches. To find out what type of currency you can exchange, please visit the store in person and ask one of our partners, who’ll be happy to help.
All currencies we offer are available online through free Click & Collect at any John Lewis or Waitrose, and before 3pm Monday to Friday for next working-day home delivery.
